Trans Pennine Oriental & Siamese Cat Club:

Show Trophies.
At a recent Open Meeting, there was a long discussion about our Show Trophies. No- one was prepared to take on the role of ‘Cup Secretary’.
Because of this, it was decided to present only the Best in Show Trophies on our Show Day. The Memorial Cups will be retained. However, it was regretfully decided, that, whilst we appreciate the donation of the other trophies, that these will only be displayed on Show Day.
Should any past or present club member, who has previously donated a trophy, wish the trophy to be returned, it may be collected on Show Day or collected at a mutually convenient place/time. Any trophy, which is not claimed, after a reasonable length of time, will, regretfully be disposed of.
However, we would be delighted to rescind this decision, should any member, who feels able to take on the role of ‘Cup Secretary,’ contact the club secretary:

Since the publication of the above item, Ken & Margaret Green have volunteered to be Cup Secretaries. Consequently, the trophies will be displayed & presented to winning member’s cats on Show Day.
